• All sessions and services are by appointment only, MONDAY - SATURDAY.

• All correspondence (wait list notifications, receipts, confirmations, and cancellations) is done through email or text. Please make sure you have an active email address and phone number entered in your account profile and add "hello@pilatesmastery.org" and "646-416-0777" to your contact list.

• Kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Full fees will be charged if changes are made to your confirmed session within 48 hours of our scheduled meeting time. This includes "late cancel" and/or "no show" fees. Packages expire three months from date of purchase. Sharing or splitting packages is not permitted.
